Limitations of Liability
WEL-B will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors in our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the use of our service during the three months preceding the claim. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate backups of your data.
